Dr. Lutz is Physiatrist-in-Chief at the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York, NY and an Associate Professor of Clinical Rehablitation Medicine at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He has published over 25 medical articles, book chapters, and reviews. Dr. Lutz has received numerous awards including the Rosenthal Award in 2004. This award is given to one physiatrist in the country each year who has made noteworthy contributions to the care of patients with spinal disorders. |

Professor Schwartz is a Professor of Chemistry at Princeton University and an acknowledged leader in the field of organometallic chemistry. He has published nearly 200 articles in peer-reviewed journals in the areas of organometallics, surface chemistry, and biomaterials. |

| Mr. Burel has worked in the spine market for twenty years. He started ProMed, which became one of the top five distributors for Medtronic Sofamor Danek with sales of almost $20 million. In 2000, Mr. Burel joined Osteotech as Vice President of Sales before being promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He left Osteotech to become Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two start-up spine companies, Vertiflex and Spine Vision. Most recent to joining Orthobond, Mr. Burel was Vice President of Market Development for Orthocon an early stage company. |

Mr. Young has 40 years of experience in banking and investment management. During his career he has worked at Citigroup, where he was Director of Investment Research and then Chief Investment Officer, and at USF&G, Chancellor Capital Management, a company of which he was part owner, and LGT Asset Management. At present, Mr. Young is Chairman of the Global Structured Products Group at Invesco, which manages over $20 billion of assets on behalf of institutional clients on a worldwide basis. Mr. Young has a BA degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
